Registration Deadline: September 28th, 2025

(Registrations received September 29th or after will include a $25 late fee in addition to the testing fee). Payments will be taken the day of testing at the test location.


Midterm cost for all ranks is $110 ($135 if late)
Testing cost for all ranks is $215 ($240 if late)
